This Large Laser Cut Victorian Doll House kit is cut from 1/8" Baltic Birch (unfinished). The Kit comes unassembled with detailed numbered instructions. This is a high quality baltic birch plywood kit - not balsa or die cut.

This kit is based on our very popular Victorian Dollhouse - LCC-DH-002, with some major changes and of course it is a lot bigger!

This new dollhouse was added to our line to provide a 1" scaled version of our smaller Victorian Dollhouse. The Doll House measures 23" wide x 17.5" deep x 32" high. The Doll House has 3 Stories, 4 Rooms, Functioning French doors, as well as a stair case and wrap around porch.

This kit comes cut and ready to assemble. Everything is produced in our shop located in San Diego, CA. We select the highest quality 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood and cut each piece (22 - 12" x 24" pieces in all) so they are ready for assembly. A little time, A little glue and you will complete this Kit.

The dollhouse can be stained, painted or left unfinished. If you plan on painting or staining - we recommend using a wood sealer. This provides a clean finished surface for the paint or stain to provide a smooth finish. You will have a lot of fun building this as part of a hobby or for your daughter, granddaughter, niece, or any child... (even adults! we have one in our dining room hutch that gets A TON of attention.)
