Wood Victorian Dollhouse Miniatures offers the following Shipping & Returns Policy:

Shipping & Returns:
Orders will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 days. You will be notified by email of any unexpected delays.

Shipping to the US:
Shipping is a flat rate based on the total purchase value of your order (including Alaska & Hawaii) via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. AK & HI may expect longer delivery times.

Overnight or ground shipping by FedEx or UPS is not available at this time.

Shipping to Canada:
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate based on the total purchause value of your order sent via Int'l USPS shipping - estimate 6 to 10 days delivery time.

International Shipping:
Shipping to Int's Countries (excluding Canada) is a flat rate based on the total purchause value of your order sent via Int'l USPS shipping - estimate 6 to 10 days delivery time. We have the majority of Countries setup - HOWEVER - we will refuse the shipment if your order does not include the shipping costs. We will arrange a secondary payment to ensure the shipping is paid.

Global Mail International
Duties, customs fees and/or additional costs to receive your order are your responsibility.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. You may return any item for a refund (less the shipping charge) within 10 days. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Return shipping is at your expense.

If an item has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately.
